Effective January 1, 2026
Who and What Is Covered
This limited warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of new replacement passenger and light truck tires sold under the Lionhart brand name. To qualify, Lionhart tires must remain installed on the original vehicle on which they were first mounted.
This warranty covers tires purchased on or after January 1, 2026. Tires purchased before January 1, 2026 are subject to the previously published warranty terms.
Usable Tread Life Defined
For the purposes of this warranty, a tire is considered to have “usable tread life” if it retains at least 2/32″ (1.6mm) of tread depth evenly across the tire. If any portion of the tire falls below this threshold, it will be deemed beyond its usable tread life and subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Our limited warranty policy includes coverage for the following:
- Defects in Workmanship and Materials
- Mileage Tread Wear Limited Warranty*
- Road Hazard Replacement Program*
- Standard One Year Limited Replacement Warranty (see below for full details)
Not all Lionhart tires include a Mileage Tread Wear Warranty or Road Hazard Replacement coverage. Please refer to specific tire patterns for details.
Product Registration
Immediately following the purchase of any Lionhart tire, consumers are required to register their tire products at the brand website. Products are not eligible for warranty without product registration.
Lionhart Product Registration: https://lionharttires.com/product-registration/
Workmanship and Materials
All Lionhart tires are warranted against defects in workmanship and material and will be repaired or replaced 100% free of charge for the initial warranty period, which is the first 2/32″ (1.6mm) of original usable tread life, or within 12 months from the period of purchase, whichever comes first.
After the 100% repair or replacement term expires and the tire is still within 60 months from the date of manufacture, the amount of credit will be determined by the percentage of original tread depth remaining on the tire.
Please note that under all circumstances, the consumer is responsible for the costs associated with mounting and balancing along with any service charges and applicable taxes.
Mileage Tread Wear Limited Warranty
Certain Lionhart tire patterns come with a Mileage Tread Wear Warranty. If a tire reaches the end of its usable tread life before meeting the stated mileage warranty, the consumer will be eligible for a prorated credit towards a new Lexani, Lionhart, or Rolling Big Power tire. Prorated credit will be calculated by remaining usable tread depth.
Light Truck (LT) tires are not covered under mileage warranty — p-metric sizes only.
To remain eligible for the tread wear warranty, tires must be rotated at least once every 5,000–6,000 miles (8,000–10,000 km), with the records of these rotations maintained and provided by the consumer when the warranty claim is submitted. Under all circumstances, the consumer is responsible for any mounting and balancing along with any service charges and applicable taxes.
Other Limitations Include, But Are Not Limited To, the Following
- Failure to rotate tires as recommended voids the Mileage Tread Wear Warranty.
- If tires are different sizes on the front and rear of the vehicle and therefore cannot be rotated, the mileage warranty for the tires will be half of the stated mileage warranty.
- Winter tires must be used only in winter months, which are determined to be September 1st through April 30th of the following year. Documentation is required showing date of installation and removal to maintain the Mileage Tread Wear Warranty.
Standard Road Hazard Replacement Program
Most tire patterns sold are covered by a road hazard warranty, providing protection against non-repairable damage caused by:
- Punctures, snags, cuts, bruises, and impact breaks
Covered Road Hazards
Typical road hazards include nails, glass, potholes, and other roadway debris.
Standard Road Hazard Replacement Eligibility
All Lionhart tire patterns listed in the coverage table below come with standard one year road hazard coverage. Eligible tires will qualify for free replacement under the following conditions:
- Select tires with 2/32″ or less of original tread wear, or within 12 months from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
Proof of Purchase Requirement
A valid retail sales invoice is required to confirm eligibility for Road Hazard Replacement.
Consumer Responsibilities
The following costs must be paid by the consumer:
- Mounting and balancing, any additional service charges, and applicable taxes.

Consumer’s Responsibility When Filing a Claim
To maintain eligibility for the Mileage Tread Wear Warranty and Road Hazard Replacement Program, the consumer is responsible for the following:
- Any claims must be presented to a participating authorized Lexani, Lionhart, or Rolling Big Power dealer or installer.
- Submit or present a copy of the original purchase receipt with documented automobile mileage at time of tire installation and of tire dismounting.
- Submit a tire rotation record showing that all tires have been rotated at least every 5,000–6,000 miles (8,000–10,000 km). A tire rotation record is not necessary for road hazard claims when the tire is within 2/32″ difference of remaining tread depth as measured from shoulder to shoulder on the claim tire and compared to the remaining tread depth of the opposite front/rear or left/right tire.
- Keep a copy of your original receipt for your records and leave the tire with the dealer for warranty processing.
- If the tire is purchased online, consumers must process the return through the authorized online dealer or installer.
- Please note that sellers on Amazon.com, Walmart, or similar online markets are not authorized dealers of LLR branded tires. When purchasing on these online markets, it is fully your responsibility as a customer to seek any warranty from that online seller or the installer.
- Tires presented for a warranty claim remain the property of the consumer, and neither Lexani, Lionhart, nor Rolling Big Power bear any responsibility for lost or damaged tires that are in the possession or control of any dealer or other third party. Should a claim be disputed, the consumer must make the tire available for further inspection.
Tire Maintenance Tips
Proper tire maintenance is essential for vehicle safety and performance. Tire failure can lead to severe damage and potential injury. To minimize the risk, please follow these essential guidelines:
- Maintain Proper Inflation: Ensure tires are inflated to the recommended pressure specified by the vehicle manufacturer. Avoid both under-inflation and over-inflation, as improper pressure can impact performance and safety.
- Wheel Alignment & Balancing: Regularly check and maintain proper wheel alignment and balance to enhance tire longevity and performance.
- Load Capacity Compliance: Do not exceed the tire’s maximum carrying capacity as indicated on the sidewall. Overloading can lead to premature wear and potential failure.
- Safe Driving Practices: Avoid excessive tire spinning and minimize impact with curbs, potholes, and road obstacles to prevent unnecessary wear and structural damage.
- Tread Wear Monitoring: Replace tires when the tread depth reaches 2/32″, as required by law. The tread wear indicator molded into the grooves will signal when replacement is necessary.
- Routine Inspections: Frequently check tires for cuts, scrapes, punctures, separations, or bulges. If any damage is detected, do not attempt to remove the tire yourself. Instead, replace it with a spare and consult an authorized dealer immediately.
- Speed Compliance: Adhere to posted speed limits and adjust driving speed according to road and weather conditions to ensure optimal tire performance and safety.
- Regular Tire Rotations: Rotate tires at recommended intervals to promote even wear and extend tread life.
By following these tire maintenance best practices, you can enhance vehicle safety, optimize performance, and maximize the longevity of your tires. For additional assistance, consult your authorized tire dealer.
